Michele Carey, the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr the doctor, along with Thelma Henson, the homewife, was born Michele Lee Henson on February 26th, 1942in Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America. She was a piano prodigy when she was a teen and won the national competition in the Chicago Music Festival at just 13 years old.
